      -Biased and Manipulative management -Treats junior employees as slaves - HR department is pathetic and not trustworthy at all -Appraisals are given to favorite employees only -Company runs on autocratic leadership style, so never speak up with your suggestions and view points - Management can do ANYTHING to cut cost -No career growth for hard working employees

      Pros

      I worked at PrettySecrets for about 2 years and it was a great learning experience. Its a startup, so you need to be very self-motivated and entrepreneurial. There is great flexibility to try different things and the people are amazing.

      Cons

      The company needs a good HR, more empathy towards employees and transparency towards its mission and goals.
