Pros
There is a lot of freedom within the company & I have been given many great opportunities that I never would have received elsewhere. Working here is giving me a lot of experience within my field that will help me grow as a professional & allow me to continue to grow professionally. This is a growing company that has more than doubled its size since I began working here. As it continues to grow I believe more & more opportunities will arise. Despite the growth in size, Dr Weber, the CEO & President, still knows every employees name & remembers your aspirations when you have your yearly review with him.
Cons
Work can become stagnant at times - however this happens with most jobs. It feels like some employees don't do their jobs well but do not ever get punished for it, while some do their jobs well but do not get praised for it either. Sometimes it does feel like you, as an employee, are not fully appreciated.
