Great office, interesting product that is both B2C and B2B at once, ambitious goals and big visions

Hierarchal, non-democratic, managers and certain employees are being favourised, some managers working for the upper management and using their team members to achieve their goals, no plan or care about personal development, hard for non-managers to get their voices heard and express opinions. Very segregated between tech-department and rest of the company.

There are very few pros to outweigh the cons. More money? Not worth it.

Super old and insecure management style, treats people like disposable garbage. Micromanaging, rage, bullying, there are not words to fully describe this trainwreck.
