I’ve had a very positive experience working at this company. The team is supportive, management is approachable. The work environment encourages collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. Leadership communicates clear goals and values employee contributions. Overall, it’s a great place to build skills and advance your career.

If you don't like to travel and stay away in hotels so this kind of job is not for you, the size of the country and the amount of customers we have spread around it can be other way! I cannot see this as a con because I do like to travel a meet new places and new people, but I know a lot of you will so just write down he my advice.

The people are amazing, the work is fun and fulfilling and you get to play with lasers, what's not to love.

The process and workflow desperately needs a ground up refresh, so many things are layered on top of older ones that duplicate work is constant. I'm a salary employee and I have to fill out two different timecards every two weeks. Actual work related tasks are even more duplicated.
