They use you as a pawn and throw you away .
Cons
They screw up my coworker and helper, with the company that I still but he doesn't. They never did a background check on him or drugs test or nothing. He went to the office on Friday and by next Tuesday he was working. After 90 days with the company the same want to hire him directly but all the sudden he get fired because he has a felony record. Never late, never had a problem, super good performance. But neither Prima Core or the company let him know that they don't like people with his type of felony. And both judge him for his record and never take in consideration his performance. I'm really considering move my self and many others because that just let us know what kind of people they are . Judge you for something that is not work related.....
