Pros
Decent pay, good medical benefits includes dental and vision. Co-workers were fun to work with in the department I worked in. This was not the norm for the rest of the company.
Cons
Always short-staffed, patients can be very difficult. There is an extreme lack of communication from immediate management and upper management. We were always being told about lack of government funding and our jobs could be eliminated. Employee turn-over is very high.
