3yWe appreciate your feedback and are sorry to read about your experience at Prime. What you described does not align with our culture, nor does it align with our pay philosophy. On the contrary, our Human Resources team and managers are continually evaluating and updating our pay models and listening closely to feedback on how we can better support our valued associates. The same can be said for our dedicated employee engagement teams who spend countless hours creating training material and programs that celebrate and uphold Prime’s values. We deeply appreciate our employees and regularly recognize the work that they do day in and day out—whether it is through authentic and on the fly praise or formal callouts at monthly meetings and quarterly town halls. We even maintain an ongoing program that awards and honors employees for their ideas in improving efficiencies and workflows at Prime. Finally, any form of bullying and harassment is absolutely not tolerated and we encourage all our employees to speak directly with our Human Resources team to voice their concerns.
