We appreciate you taking the time this past Friday to publish a second review and are sorry to read about your experience again. To be clear, we are not offering excuses for any shortcomings that you may have faced during your time at Prime. It is unfortunate and we can only try to learn from our mistakes and do better. And yes, we strongly encourage candidates to consider different property management companies before choosing to apply at Prime. Ultimately, we want to hire candidates who are excited to work for us and who uphold the same core beliefs and principles that we do. We have demonstrated a long-standing responsibility to creating and nurturing an environment where employees feel valued, heard, and respected, and at this moment in time, anything opposite of that is simply not tolerated or ignored.
