The new leadership is better than the old. There is hope for an improved company but the focus is on the California plant and it leaves the Florida employees feeling like nothing is going to change. There is a lot of promise.

The leadership that remains from the old regime is still arrogant, misogynistic, and very much related (as in family). That leadership prevails in Miami, FL leading to toxicity in personnel and a feeling of "why change when nothing else has". As mentioned in my Pros, the new leadership is too focused on growing their California branch that it leaves little to no time to ficus on the urgent need to either train Miami's management team on true leadership or replacing them with fresh talent that understands what leadership is.
