Pros

Absolutely nothing, worst company I have worked for.

Cons

A major issue within the company is the quality of both management and team leadership. Many team leaders appear either unwilling or unable to properly support their teams. Rather than leading, coaching, or addressing problems, they act as messengers for upper management, enforcing unrealistic targets without question. This leaves employees feeling micromanaged but not genuinely guided or supported. Management seems detached from the day-to-day challenges faced by staff, yet makes decisions that directly impact workloads and expectations. There is little consistency or fairness in how rules are applied, and accountability is selective at best. Concerns raised to TLs are often dismissed, watered down, or never passed on, creating the impression that speaking up is pointless. Instead of addressing performance issues honestly, some TLs prioritise keeping appearances for management. Poor practices are overlooked, strong performers are rarely recognised, and the focus remains on avoiding conflict rather than improving standards. This lack of leadership trickles down and contributes heavily to low morale, poor trust, and high staff turnover. Until management holds TLs to a higher standard and encourages genuine leadership rather than compliance, the working environment is unlikely to improve.

Pros

There are no pros to working at Prime Networks or Prime & Modern as they are also known.

Cons

Unless the company is sold and unless the CEO and operations director are removed, there is no hope for this company. They have no idea how to speak to employees in the correct manor. Usually being involved in the day to day running of the business would be a good thing, but not in this case. The turn over of staff is high, staff morale is low. Stats and numbers are the only things management care about. Staff welfare or concerns are not taken seriously. The problem comes from the top, they then push their attitude and toxic behaviours down the chain until it reaches the bottom. Raised concerns so many times and just ignored. TL's don't care if engineers are cheating the ticket system, all they need are good stats to present to upper management.
