Pros
Lots of responsibility, varied tasks, ample opportunity to gain exposure outside your core area of expertise. Very family oriented - flexible with time off, work schedules, etc. Small company where stars can shine.
Cons
Financial challenges abound these days. The company was recently sold to another private OOH company, so it remains to be seen how things will change. Management is very reactionary, which makes it difficult to execute with any sort of long term vision - strategies change frequently and sometimes without good reason.
