Pros
Loved working here. Great culture - Professional, friendly, relaxed, and open. Great management - Willing to help at any time, treat you with respect, absolutely no micromanaging, gotta love those Aussies. Great coworkers - People are nice and helpful, there's no competitive tension since recruiters aren't usually assigned to fill the same positions. Great work/life balance - They don't mind what time you come in, leave, or take lunch as long as you work a full day. They don't expect you to check email or be available during off hours. Great opportunities for commissions, especially when you can fill contract positions. Great rewards for meeting high goals - such as a trip to Hawaii with a plus one and a weekend at a resort in Eastern Washington. You have to work for what you get, but there's a lot to be had and the managers are extremely willing to help you get there. Your personal success is directly tied to the company's success, so you get the support you need to succeed from the managers and your teammates.
Cons
Commissions can be tough to come by if the Account Managers aren't bringing in fillable jobs. Not a lot of room for growth since there are basically only two positions at the company - recruiter or account manager.
