Pros
Prime Team is a very tight-knit, family-oriented company where your opinions matter, you will be treated with respect, and people are willing to help you. There is no toe-stepping and is true all for one one for all type of environment. I have never received as much help/training here as I have at any of the prior agencies and have learned a ton as a result within my first year. People at Prime Team truly care about you as an individual and your career growth.
Cons
The only con, I can think of that can also be considered a pro is that it is an environment that you will not be automatically provided with help. If you are a person that likes to keep to themselves and are quiet this is not the place for you. If you have an issue or question you cannot be scared to ask others around you.
