      Pros

      Small company, employees and owners work side by side. Company strives for new opportunities, and attains work goals regularly. Employer is flexible with scheduling at times when it may be needed, and expects the same in return.

      Cons

      Small company. When times are tough, the little guy has to go. Not many benefits available, due to small size of company. Economy has hit this industry hard the last few years, work load fluctuates.
