      The kids and families were great.

      Cons

      Low pay, unappreciative management, abused to the bone, overworked, given responsibilities that are impossible to keep up. They don't care to hear you out and they don't respect you.

      I really enjoyed working here at the time. Coworkers were always friendly and willing to help when needed.

      Overcrowding of classrooms and support not always there from management.
