      The supervisor is pretty nice and willing to teach, its a good place to gain some insight about the Fund industry, to improve your basic knowledge about this sector.

      Cons

      Have little chance to perform quantitative analysis, little space to improve your tech skills

      1. Very friendly working environment, nice people 2. Hand to hand training 3. A little bit opportunities to know great people

      Cons

      Easy work, not too much to learn. Boss sometimes is too busy to tell us what to do clearly. Unpaid, almost no chance for return offer.
