Pros
We are solving really interesting problems with very well-known clients. What more can one ask for? My coworkers are not only brilliant, but super nice and very interesting. We stop work to eat lunch with one another every day, and there are no cliques--you talk to whoever is next to you. The team is social outside of work too. I'm also very impressed with the diversity (age, gender, ethnicity) of the group!
Cons
I wish it was a little easier to work from home. People definitely do it, but we don't generally have call-in numbers or google hangouts for meetings or whatever.
