All Pressure, No Support — A Frustrating Place to Work - Anonymous employee Princes Employee Review

Pros

Most colleagues across different teams were genuinely pleasant. The foyer of the head office building was well-designed and welcoming.

Cons

Expectations are sky-high, but timelines are unrealistically short — very “Big 4” demands without anything close to Big 4 pay, support, or benefits. Priorities from management shift constantly, often without being communicated. You’re expected to deliver everything anyway, only to be told afterwards it’s no longer needed. Recognition and meaningful reward are minimal, regardless of effort or results. Senior leadership often presents one face outwardly and another behind closed doors, creating an atmosphere of distrust. Very little guidance or practical support from direct managers on how to approach tasks or what the expectations actually are. Office politics are rampant and frequently get in the way of actual work. Teams and sites operate in silos, making collaboration slow and unnecessarily difficult.
