Pros
It used to be a good company to work for salaries were competitive and good benefits.
Cons
Incompetent new managers have been brought in on high salaries who dont understand the food industry, ruthless and corrupted HR Team, great policies but they are a paper exercise. Its a total blame culture and a toxic atmosphere. The company has not met profit targets for a few years and is being sold of by Mitsubishi.
