Pros
Some coworkers are great people, 20% discount...yeah that is about it. Nothing in terms of benefits unless FT or become a PT lifer (2 years +)
Cons
Favoritism among senior management > store manager's favorite worker can borderline sexually harass female staff Hypocritical work life balance > alternating days on and off & no hint of weekends off (opposite of what was suggested) Hostile lifer coworkers > swear, complain about customers, nitpick everything Inadequate training > expected to magically know every process w/o being taught
