Minimal expectations Easy to stand out if you're smart Low standards Profit sharing On site cafeteria A lot of nice people work there
Cons
No direction Senior management is unskilled Not very many smart people work there Lots of promises, not much gets delivered though Very hypocritical in terms of what they say about how they feel about employees and how they treat them. I don't trust senior management or ownership Nobody really works very hard.
