      Pros

      Some of the people will be good mates for life.

      Cons

      Underpaid, overworked, mismanaged, promises never kept. Believing if they send you to somewhere 3 hours from your house that you will be there at 9 and stay there till 5.30 then drive home. Incorrect use of personal data. Management live in the 70s with outdated ideas of ideal working conditions

      Good management and they encourage work-life balance. Good medical, dental, vision, and 401k benefits

      Low starting salary Not much room for growth in the specific role without switching to a different job within insurance.
