Pros

Young, mixed-gender environment. Dynamic and stimulating work, good autonomy. You work on large contracts and with big corporate clients. Compliance with working hours. You don't clock in and overtime is not recognised

Cons

Multinational company structured like a family business. Your bosses are also partners in the company, so your growth is an obstacle to their earnings. There are no human resources, very poor listening and no meritocracy. If you manage less important clients in terms of turnover, you are discriminated against compared to colleagues who manage more important clients. Production and turnover bonuses are not regulated and are granted on an individual basis, with significant discrimination. Corporate welfare is missing at all
