      growing company, good margins, intresting fiels (snow groomers)

      Cons

      HR managment is quite wired, to do not pass the trial period is considered normal and up to you. a lot of people change for a small company. even on high role the turnover is high.

      Decent pay and PTO accrual

      Cons

      Management lacks professionalism and constantly gives contradicting orders and gets mad when asking for specific advice on how to do something correctly. Did not provide all company specific tools needed. Seems like if not part of the "boys club" they do not care about you.
