Technology campus has a free gym, pool, hot tub, scenic walking paths. It's the best location to work in Willmar. As an application engineer, you get the privileges of having independent work on projects but also interacting with people to help them solve problems. It's the best of both worlds. It's only occasionally stressful on tough applications- but that keeps it fun.

Benefits could be a little better, but they’re improving.

The Office management, they bring their kids to work and any pets. Kinda rubs it in everyone else face that they can do whatever they want.
