This place is a joke!! Don't waste your time... RUN FOR THE HILLS - Customer Service Representative Printerpix Employee Review

Terrible leadership, employees don't have or use proper grammar, lack of customer service, broken promises to customers, no a/c when not fully staffed, over works what little employees they do have. Claims to be 3 different companies in 1 office. Never has items customers order in stock. Keeps telling customers they will get there items ordered but in reality they have no idea if they will EVER get the item in stock. Tells customers they will refund their money and NEVER does. Literally has 4 customer service employees taking calls from all 50 states. Claims to be "Treasured Gifts" if you walk into the office because they don't want customers knowing they are Printerpix and deal with conflicts. There is 3 people who work in the whole warehouse processing orders. There is PVC pipes running up along the wall to the roof next to your cubicle. No dress code, people wear whatever.. including stripper heels. NEVER paid me for the time I worked there!! Uses Groupon to get business. Talks and treats customers as if they are incompetent. Very poor training habits, gives you book after book to read then expects you to have learned. Employees and or supervisors are never on time, always have excuses why they didn't come in or were late, therefore the work load is more... HIGH STRESS!! I could go on but I think you get the point. No benefits to their employees. This company are thieves, this company is based out of the UK I am sure they are proud of this run down office and company they operate. People don't work or buy from this company.. Printerpix, Clink inks, and Treasured Gifts.
