Pros

1. You will grow rapidly and gain a lot of experience in a short period, but this often requires sacrificing your personal time and potentially impacting your mental health. 2. The team is very nice and helpful. Everyone is close and supportive, possibly due to the challenging company management environment. 3. Line managers are friendly and approachable; however, their influence with the CEO is limited, which can impact their ability to support both you and the team effectively. This results in the team being managed directly by the CEO, a structure that can be less efficient, challenging, and toxic.

Cons

1. There is a very high turnover rate due to the challenging interactions with some specific higher-ups. It is common to hear unprofessional language, including swearing, cursing, and sexist remarks from some management boards. The overall environment reflects a strong sense of MISOGYNY. 2. Be cautious of claims from the company (HR) that negative comments on Glassdoor are solely due to employees' problems. The issues mentioned in those reviews are REAL and do EXIST. 3. The company appears to lack or even zero understanding of current social media and Gen Z trends. If you are tasked with managing social media, be prepared for potential challenges and misalignment, which could lead to significant stress. Please say no to it. 4. No hybrid working. No training. No benefits. No performance review. No career goal. Be careful that almost everything they say is just a pie in the sky. Employees always feel overworked and undervalued, akin to being treated as mere labor without recognition or support.

Pros

- You get a regular paycheck - Great, friendly co-workers

Cons

- High stress/Low pay - Blame culture. There is zero accountability among management. They'll act like slave-drivers and then blame you for their lack of proper direction and leadership. - Employees are not valued. They will hire you for one position and then move you around and keep adding to your workload without training you or even bothering to tell you about the change to your face. At most, you'll get an email out of the blue explaining your new duties. - Can't deliver on their promises. Management is great at talking and acting big, but absolutely horrible at practicing what they preach. They claim to donate to charity but are constantly screwing their own employees. Many are paid below minimum wage. - For a business that relies so heavily on customers, they treat customers pretty horribly. Running out of stock for months at a time, and then not only refusing to put a "temporarily out of stock" banner on the site, but also not even telling the customers that they won't get their order in time because of it. - No benefits.
