Pros
The MD is decent and helpful. You learn a lot extremely quickly.
Cons
An overall bad working culture, you are expected to work hours after your shift and are immediately reprimanded for being 10 minutes late. You are extremly micromanaged, no flexibility or work life balance, suffered anxiety whilst working here due to unprofessional colleagues. The benefits are not competitive.
