I'm very sorry to hear you feel this way, I and the MGMT team always encourage staff to speak to us. If there are problems, we do our utmost to resolve them in a fair and open way. There may be times where a business decision may impact staff but these decisions are considered, discussed and communicated with plenty of notice.
