      No work-life balance Work overload I had to get the call without any education. I had to learn about the web system and get the calls Not enough education so I always struggled with calls because I had to ask another colleague who are hectic. It was so stressful when l had to get the calls without knowledge regarding the role properly.

      Pros

      I've really enjoyed working for Priority Pass - the people are great & the growth has been incredible.

      Cons

      Benefits are awesome for single employees. Not so much for dependents, but that's common. Product is tied to travel, with limited diversification in event of low travel periods. So, COVID-19 has brought some unsettling times.
