The only best thing was the 4 residents who are supported by us good staff(not many)

Bullying is rife,area management don't listen to any concerns,new management is awful and rude

There is currently enhanced support from the wider business to this service to address some of the issues that have been identified, but we are confident that we are making positive steps with team members. I would really encourage you to reach out through the employee voice channels – whether that be team meetings, discussions with the management and support colleagues who are frequently working the service, Freedom to Speak up or Whistleblowing channels to discuss any remaining concerns you have that you don’t feel are being addressed, particularly if they concern the people we support. Not sure where to start with this... worked at the Priory Hospital Bristol for almost two years - most definitely the worst years of my work life. This place has left me damaged not only professionally but also on a personal level.
The appalling management and treatment of their employees is beyond any body's comprehension.... It is so bad that it's actually impossible to describe. You have to live it to believe it and even then you will be questioning your mind thinking am I the crazy one here or is the whole hospital mad?
surprised how they're still open and running.....
