Pros

Relaxed working environment Open door policy Friendly co workers

Cons

The pay is entirely too low for the type of work being done. I used the "know your worth" tool on glassdoor to compare my pay with others working in similar position/ same job title. I'm getting paid 29.8% BELOW market value for my position. There are departments that have only one individual working in them. This creates a heavy work load, spreading your employee thin, thus causing some tasks to be delayed and forgotten about. The company should hire more than one person for a position, this would alleviate stress on the employees. If you have an idea, It takes a long time for it to be put into action; IF it even gets put into action. The technology and online database used are outdated; causing delay in work when the server goes down. There is a high turnover rate; the pay to workload ratio is extremely unbalanced. No raises or career advancement opportunities. A lot of talk in regard to ideas of growing the company, but not very much action.

Pros

Good environment. The nurses are awesome! If you have a problem, there is usually someone that you can work with to get it solved.

Cons

Small company, so stressful times can be extra stressful, as there are fewer hands to do the work.

Pros

Easy and impactful work. Hierarchy at PRIUM is short, which is due to company size. This can be good or bad depending on your point of view. Generally good people work here, but just like any other company some may not be the brightest light bulb.

Cons

No pay increases. Promises by management easily broken. Attorney also serves as HR. Lack of true career path. Basically you will move around into different departments/roles and may move one or two levels up, but that's about as far as you can go (which truly limits earnings potential). Company should invest more in technology as a lot of work can be manual. Also should invest in technology (enhance their proprietary database) as a tool to sell to clients vs only selling their "processes/services" as it would help the company grow better. Somehow let the two best looking girls there go. So now the place is lacking eye candy.
