I have been in the market for nearly 5 years, working across organizations like Tata and Sun Pharma in the areas of project management and strategy. During times of personal emergencies, the CEO and leadership team have been highly supportive, and the same level of care is reflected in the Research and Engineering teams. Both departments consist of strong individual contributors who deeply value the company’s purpose and culture. I have personally experienced their commitment during tight deadlines, consistently delivering with excellence. The same positive spirit is evident in the Sales & Marketing team as well as the Customer Success team.
The HR team has also been very employee-friendly, proactively addressing requirements and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Since it's a startup atmosphere, sometimes requirements are bit chaotic but as time moves...teams are conditioning to changing dynamics
