you are supposed to get a good salary if you have many nights outside Spain, even though the places where you stay are not safe or recommendable (africa, afganistan...) the uniform is quite nice
Cons
You work more hours that allowed by the law, they don´t pay you for the activity, just the hours in the air, and normally you are staying more than normal waiting for the plane since they are not regular flights The supervisors are not objective at all and just a `few friends* have good conditions. The schedule is done depending who you are. They ask you to fly even in the free days and more days than permitted...the atmosphere in quite bad since the employers are not satisfied at all. Most of the employees just stay 6 months. The airplanes are really old and lack of conditions (air conditioning broken, toilets inoperative...) They offer an exclusive service with no conditions for the crew or the passengers You have to pay 600eur back if you don´t stay the contract, and you pay if the uniform have any defect when you give it back (100eur for the gloves, for instance if they think that they are not in a good condition) The high heels are imposible to wear! they don´t care about the comfort!! They are looking more to the uniform and the appearance that for the safety and security. hierarchical organization. all in all is not recommendable to make money or to do a career..
