      Pros

      From top to bottom everyone at this company has your back. You're encouraged to work your way and your unique personality is valued by leadership. The perks and the pay are great and happiness is a priority. First job I've had that I look forward to coming to.

      Cons

      I've put on weight. Free lunches on Wednesday and lot's of snacks = me getting chubby.

      It's a startup so things are always changing you just have to be ready for it, it's not actually a con just startup life
