Pros
There is a great sense of fellowship within the office that creates a family atmosphere because it is such a small team. You'll know everyone fairly intimately. The work is also admirable and you'll get a sense of purpose from helping local artists.
Cons
Not really room for growth because it is such a small team, everyone for the most part shares responsibilities and where you start position wise is where you'll be for quite some time. It is a fairly complex job with both professional and social responsibilities Expect there to be lots of crossover between what you're hired to do and the work you will be given. Oftentimes you will be asked to take on duties assigned to other team members or additional tasks you may not be super familiar with.
