Probably the worst managment of any company I have ever worked for. I echo the other review of this organization on Glassdoor. The Senior member of this Father/Son team makes most of the decisions and is confrontational and hostile at times. You cannot rely or trust management when they ask you to do something for them it may violate regulations. They have a hard time hanging on to jets that are under their management. The two Falcon 2000 Classic jets that were in their stable were both sold by their owners. There is no reliable hard schedule for any employees. They claim to offer eight days off a month, it is hard to string them together sequentially. During Covid the Captains of the aircraft for this organization took a pay cut which was not returned once business conditions improved, and they are actively being sued by current and former employees. Not a quality company despite their slick website
