Pros
Senior management and HR are very nice and helpful. Offer great benefits but very little paid time off and holidays. Decent pay if you don't have bills to pay. The office team manager will make sure to belittle and manipulate you to do all work and take credit for it. Office Staff are taken for granted and not trusted. Team manager makes the work environment very uncomfortable. Consistent work hours.
Cons
Not enough paid holidays and time off compared to other companies in California. Inexperienced Team Manager is terrible and incompetent. You are treated poorly just overall. He creates hostile work environment for office staff. You will get talked down and shouted at, even if you do exactly what he tells you to do. Even though they have paid time off, you wont be allowed to take time off during any major holidays. Even though they offer benefits, it is very expensive to afford them with the pay they offer.
