Pros
They accept and beginners. My first manager is super super kind and checks on me without the feeling of micromanagemet.
Cons
My second manager was 🤷. Likes to bug. It reflects because our team doesn't even engage via chat or whatever. In contrast with my first manager's team that we like to ask and help each other or just share things that uplifts other VSAs mood. Pay is very low compare to other agency. I started at 2.88usd with no exp. My colleague startes at 3.5usd but she has got 5 years accounting exp.
