      Good pay, decent benefits, potential to move up

      Cons

      Managers basically answer to no one and treat employees however they'd like, so pray that you get a decent one. On site HR does nothing to solve management issues, corporate HR had to step in to investigate issues multiple times because of this.

      Bigger paycheck than I've gotten elsewhere

      Cons

      They keep taking away all the things that would get people to stay here, like raises. Communication is basically non-existent The schedule sucks. Who wants to work every weekend for a month straight? No feeling of job security, seen many people get walked out. They tell most people not to come back, after 2-week notice is given.
