Business Outlook
Pros
An always growing company with many plants around the world. They never merge with a company that already does what they do. They are always diversifying their base. No lack of cash for M & A's. An excellent strategy to become a global player in the packaging world.
Cons
Upper management is an old boy's club. It's definitely better to be "in the know". Accomplishments are not always treated with the reverence that they should be. Working beyond your work/life balance is expected and not always appreciated or valued.
