Pros

ProCare's mission is "Making it Possible". They believe in high quality care with compassion. I have worked with ProCare for 5 years and have been associated with the owners for over 20 years. ProCare's employees believe in their mission statement and it is reflected in the overall patient experience. This is a company that you can feel everyday that you are making a difference to peoples lives no matter what position you hold in the company.

Cons

It is difficult to list a con for ProCare, but I would say that the limitation that the insurance companies put on providing a device is at times difficult. On the positive side, ProCare does whatever is possible to provide the best quality device to the patient.

Pros

ProCare is a wonderful company and amazing to patients. As a patient you couldn’t ask for better care. They are ahead of their time with technology and truly care about the wellbeing of the patient. Friendships with fellow employees were pretty pleasant. It’s beautiful to see the patients transformation.

Cons

Growth is almost impossible, so titles have to be created but mean nothing. Pay starts off well but the climb is slow and painful. Communication is almost nonexistent. The upper management are a tight group. On an professional level it comes and goes. Certain managers talk unprofessional to their employees. Sometimes degrading and belittling. There is a lot of talking behind close doors. Human Resources is a joke. You end up having no one to turn to. However this is never talked about because no one wants to confront there may be a problem. Administration staff are stretched thin, overwhelmed and ignored. It’s sad because they do so much good for non employees.
