The company does a good job of retaining the startup culture while it goes through its growth phase which can be challenging for someone who is below average and company’s tough yet rewarding culture can be problematic for someone who is not used to the hard work. So some of those people have been let go lacked the ability to work here and shouldn’t have been hired in the first place that’s why you see some of them venting out here. I love my time here and will be building it to the next great stage with some really cool and exciting projects coming up.

Change is hard and the company is going through its growth phase. So if you don’t have a growth mindset you will find it tough but it can be a great fit for people who like to challenge themselves. It is not for the weak minded and faint-hearted people. You will not survive the direct culture.

1. Great collaegues and seniors, Although most of them I worked with have left by now. 2. A few good projects to work on, 3. I give huge credit to my immediate supervisor/manager for making me work on projects (that matched my skillsets) where I delivered results and received praise internally and externally. 4. There are ex-colleagues with whom I still remain on friendly terms.

1. Upper Management is an absolute mess. They will make you work on projects with 0 match with skillsets and then watch you crash and fail. 2. Made me work on 3 projects simultaneously which were all successful, but burnt me out and led to panic attacks. 3. Even after receiving kudos from manager and client was still thrown under the bus by some people. 4. They cited "communication skills", Guess what I got rave reviews on my communication and technical skills at my next gig at a far better company, So clearly this was'nt the issue.
