Pros

Uncapped Bonus structure, schedule ranges between 8-8 40 hours no overtime, fast paced, never a boring day, Contest.

Cons

This job is not for someone that is weak minded, or someone that is not able to meet stats. You have to be focused and determined. You have a monthly goal that you must reach every month, work 185 accounts daily. It’s collections it’s stressful because people don’t want to pay bills so you have to be firm. I have reached bonus every month, collector of the month twice, they have weekly and monthly contest. Some employees that leave are afraid of giving a demand to someone that doesn’t want to pay. I love it! I come to work do what’s required and I go home. I get my salary on the 3rd and the 18th of each month. My bonus on the 15th of each month. It’s like income tax season for me on the 15th. See for yourself.

Pros

Great benefits. Good schedules. Great Management with a hands-off attitude. Very competitive wages alongside thorough training on procedures and policies. Management is always very approachable.

Cons

Strict attendance. The work can be repetitive, but this is largely more a consequence of collections, rather than the specific business itself.

Pros

Good coworkers. Bonuses are good if you get them.

Cons

Weirdly strict dress code. No jeans. I got written up for wearing tennis shoes, but the owner walks around in flip flops, shorts, and ratty tank tops. Crazy strict on time. If you clock in 1 minute late, it’s a write-up. The floor goal is really high, and the owner does anything he can think of to get out of paying the bonus for reaching it. If someone quits or gets fired, the money they’ve collected doesn’t count towards the goal, even though the owner still gets those profits. Bonuses are paid out from the previous month on the 15th, but if you quit or are fired before that, you forfeit your bonus. And if you quit, they only pay you $7.25/hr for your last paycheck. Shady, shady business practices. And the employee development specialist is weird. He gets some sick pleasure out of writing people up. Treatment is also not the same for everyone. HR and Data Entry get free food and leave early and show up late, but the collectors get micromanaged and never get the extra perks, even though we’re the ones making all the money for the company.
