      Stay clear of this company!

      Cons

      Owner is a complete micro manager, not open nor receptive to any new ideas. Extremely controlling environment. Worked very hard and had demonstrated success to no avail. Discriminatory hiring practice that advocates Hispanic women.

      Pros

      Working at ProData Workforce Solutions is awesome! We have weekly training sessions learning new updates to our payroll platforms and customer service tools. Management is very knowledgeable and helpful making sure we reach our career goals. Opportunities for career advancement are available for employees who are dedicated to achieving their goals. Positive company culture with fun and easygoing coworkers, we even have a puppy that visits us.

      Small company; fairly loyal clients.

      Cons

      Leadership is disconnected with today's tech solutions and push out people who are trying to push them forward. CEO is more of a dictator than anything else.
