      Pros

      Industry leader in managed IT services.there is no such work load or pressure in terms of deadlines. Wide variety of clients, industries and technologies Good work/life balance Unlimited vacation.Great learning and good exposure in terms of all the domain specially in Telecom, & banking. Each year hike is also very good as an average you will get 15-20%.

      Cons

      There is no such co-circular activities in terms of sports and function. Only Team Lunch that occurred in every month.

      It was really great for working in Proechoes ,I love to work here because there care about there employees,and one of the fastest-growing company,Management is always trying to provide time to learn new technologies and very cooperative for emp growth.i love working here Thanks for PE Management to provide me a best opportunity in Proechoes.

      I have been at Proechoes for 1 year,i have not been disappointed.The company is incredibly focused and its committed to building a great work culture.
