      Pros

      Great leadership in the executive positions. Very personable and willing to help as well provide opportunities for advancement.

      Cons

      Probably the same as any larger company, some people do less than others and pass off work but you’ll find that anywhere.

      Pros

      Provides tremendous back office support and training for the reps. With Protective Life Insurance company is the parent company, it's a very conservative and financially strong Broker/Dealer.

      Cons

      Too slow in allowing representatives to use social media to market their business. Also the affiliation fees for the reps are a bit on the high side.
