- cooperative working environment - strong team environment, always willing to offer a hand - CEO willing to help you do well & offer guidance even beyond the internship - ability to get good client exposure - hands-on experience that allows involvement regarding the overall strategy of the firm

- working life environment in the region differed from other cities I have had internships in, the reason for this is due to cultural differences summers in Spain turn out to be fairly quiet, therefore did not get the same work-life environment that you would get in say London or New York
