Terrible Management - Mechanical Design Engineer ProMach Employee Review

Poor pay, no profit sharing, absolutely abysmal management from the corporate structure down. ProMach is a management company, they don't make anything, all they do is buy and consume companies in the industry for their portfolio. Once acquired they go about jamming their one size fits all management style down everyone's throats causing dozens of people to leave, almost all of them left unfilled because of the inefficiencies of their hiring process. It took ProMach less than two years to kill the companies culture, drive, and moral. They don't even pretend to value their employees well.
