The company has changed, not for the better - Recruiter ProMedical Personnel Employee Review

In the past 12 months this company has changed a lot. They have become a lot More secretive in decisions that are being made and not involving any of the team members that it will affect or asking for their input. It has lost its family charm and as a small business this was one of its selling points. Members of staff feel targeted at times and once this has happened it doesn’t stop until you are out the door. There is no communication within the company or any announcements that involve employees I.e starters and leavers and this is a real lack of respect for both employee that has joined/left and for the current employees, hinting that they aren’t worthy of this information. They offer working from home options due to the current situation, but this has often led to being in the firing line to certain employees. They have weekly meetings but no one really Checks in to make sure everything is ok they just send out ‘Good Will’ gestures once in a while and hope all is well. Hearts and minds has totally disintegrated without a mention and nowhere to really Turn when someone has an issue as the person you may have to go to has lost employee trust. This used to be a lovely Friendly and family working environment and now has gone very very cold.
